About Event

Activate Uganda is pleased to be able to welcome you to join us for the 8th edition of the Uganda Ultra Circuit Race which will take place on 5th October 2025.

The race will begin at Entebbe Sailing Club, starting from 7:00am. This endurance race will be run on a 2.3km circuit for up to a maximum of 6 hours. There is also a Virtual Race option available (please see below).

UNIQUE EVENT

Do come and join us for this unique, fun-filled event. Please remember, we are not asking you to cover a set distance, but rather give you the opportunity to participate and do any distance you want, as long as it is within the 6 hours time period. You are free to end your run any time you want or to take a break and start again within the 6 hours (elapsed time – 7am – 1pm).

How you complete the event is entirely up to you. The only rule is that you do it on your own feet, around the set course, within the allocated maximum 6 hours time period.

You can: run; walk; rest between laps; eat & drink, etc. during the 6 hours you have available. You will find no other event like this in Uganda.

FINISHERS’ SOUVENIR

All participants will be issued a “Finishers’ Souvenir” stating the distance completed. The distance you cover in 6 hours will determine any further prize.
